Most likely, you’re working on the accounting or renewing warranties. You’re working on an agreement, and then the phone rings and you’re like, “It’s a great day at ABC. This is Stephen, make it quick.”
Here’s your challenge:
You have to take the bull by the horns!
Every time the phone rings, you have an opportunity to serve that customer, an opportunity to make an experience, and an opportunity to change someone’s life. That’s right!
There’s a human on the other side of that phone crying out for help. So it’s more than just booking the call. That is why we’re going to challenge you. You need to take the bull by the horns and make that human connection on EVERY call.
